We were presented with a project to assist Big Easy with sourcing 20 new milkshake units to roll out across its five flagship London restaurants. Initially Big Easy were looking at Electro Freeze however after agreeing to an onsite demonstration of the Spaceman T420 they soon realised that Spaceman was the machine for them.
Taylor & Mindy were instrumental in the deal and pulled out every stop to support the roll out and transition period.
Since installing the machines Big Easy have been extremely happy with the results, customer feedback and onsite support from Blue Ice.
