We are a retro sweet shop and were looking for additional services to add to the business. I came across the Blue Ice website and found in the contact us section the phone number, I called and spoke to a very pleasant gentleman who talked me through every aspect from how to operate the machine, package costings, on going support and expected profit. I ordered on a Friday late afternoon and received my machine, stock and consumables along with POS 8am the next morning. The machine set up and operation was exactly as It was explained to me and was such a smooth process. I have had my machine now for 6 months and have never looked back, Definitely the right investment for my business.
